Pacifica Warranties

Optional Pacifica warranties are available for most products that we offer.

The price of the warranty applicable to a particular product is shown on the product information page of that product.

The price quoted on our website and in store is for the Pacifica Protect and Care Essentials extended warranty plan ONLY and DOES NOT INCLUDE ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE COVER.

3 or 5 year plan periods are available, these periods include the manufacturers guarantee period.

If you purchase a 3 year plan on a product that has a 1 year manufacturers guarantee your cover will be for the additional 2 years on top of this making the total period up to 3 years.

Before purchasing a plan please ensure that you do not already have suitable cover already in place. For example you may already have British gas homecare or some other scheme that covers appliances or Televisions in your home.

Suitable warranties may be also be available from other providers.
