Returns Policy

David Bury Ltd Returns Policy - 1st October 2015

If you have purchased your item via this website or by phone without coming into the shop to pay for it the distance selling act gives you the right to return it to us within 14 days of delivery.

You can cancel your order at any point before delivery, to do so please inform us by telephone on 01472 356 031.

We would like you to be happy with every purchase you make from us, most problems can be easily resolved by speaking to us. We will always do our best to help you with any queries you may have regarding your product, please contact us in the first instance on 01472 356031.

If you decide to return an item you must contact us within 14 days of delivery (starting the day after you take delivery of the item). You may use the returns form, which was supplied to you by email along with your order confirmation at the time of purchase or you can inform us by phone. Please ask to speak with Mr Glen Sadler.

We will arrange with you to collect the item at a mutually convenient time, until the item is collected you are responsible for its condition and safekeeping.

Charges for Collecting your Item

If we have connected the product, the charge for disconnecting and collecting the item will be equal to any amount you have paid to have the item delivered and connected originally.

If you have had your product delivered by our 'Free delivery' method and wish to return it the cost of collection will £11.95. 

If you have had the item delivered by a third party then you will need to arrange for the item to be delivered back to us at your own cost.

If the item was installed by your own installers or you have installed it yourself it is your responsibility to have the item disconnected at your own cost.

Preparing your item for return

Your return item must be in new, unused undamaged condition with all original packaging, factory supplied accessories e.g. remote controls & 3D glasses, instruction books, leads and any products which may have included as a part of the sale including free gifts etc. 

You must not register the manufacturers or any promotional guarantee for the product or claim or take part in any additional promotions which may apply to this product i.e. cashback or free products or services by redemption. 

We cannot accept the return of any item that has been damaged. Any missing accessories will be subject to a charge covering their full replacement.

Refunding your money

 When we have received the returned complete item we will refund the full cost of your item excluding any charges for the original delivery, the charge for collecting and/or disconnecting the item and any other deductions as detailed above.

The refund will take place within 7 days of the return of the item and will be made onto the original payment card or by the original method of payment.
